Yum.



Last night we made Cumin and Brown-Sugar Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Cognac Cream Sauce, fresh spring beans, and Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Risotto.

Yes, I live in the Mediterranean and this was my very first risotto (it's worth all the stirring!) And Cognac cream sauce is my new favourite thing ever. You haven't lived until you've tried it.
